Daily instructor-led classes will help new mothers feel better about their new, changed bodies and regain self esteem.  There will be increased focus on healing, as well as improving strength, energy, and endurance.  The wide variety of classes will include styles such as cardio barre, piloxing, yoga flow, hardcore hustle, body pump, boot camp, and prenatal yoga.  With our specialized programs and facility, new mothers will see their body recover and emotions restored, all while knowing their little ones are getting the excellent care and attention they need.

 

Fitness

The Moms Village workout room will have full length mirrors, a high quality sound system, a wooden floor, and an attached barre.  There will be a small equipment stand in the room’s corner to house mats and weights as required by the variety of classes.  The bright room will have an abundance of interior windows viewing the toddler area so that families can remain connected during their individual activities without interruption. Cost of the classes are included in the family membership fee.
